WestJet Vacations Live Agent Chat

As a valued travel partner, you can chat live with our WestJet Vacations Contact Centre to request updates to existing bookings. Live chat is available seven days a week from 6 a.m. – 8 p.m. MT.

NEW: Effective immediately, updates may be requested to a maximum of three bookings per chat session. If you require updates to more than three bookings, you must begin a new session to manage the additional bookings.

How to live chat

You can chat with a live agent by clicking the link below. Before you start your chat, please have the following ready: 

  1. Your full name 

  1. The seven digit booking reference 

  1. First and last name on the booking 

  1. Email address on the booking 

  1. Your IATA/TIDS number 

As a reminder, our live chat agents are available seven days a week from 6 a.m. MT – 8 p.m. MT and can only make changes to existing bookings.  

What you can do in live chat

WestJet Rewards/WestJet dollars

  • Apply WestJet dollars to an existing booking that has a remaining balance owing.
  • Add, remove or edit a WestJet Rewards ID on an existing booking. 

Contact information

  • Add, remove or edit an email to an existing booking. 
  • Add, remove or edit a phone number on an existing booking. 


  • Request e-docs

    • Did you know you can self-serve download travel documents online? Learn more.

  • Request invoices

    • Did you know you can print your invoices from SIREV without your commission on it? Learn more.

Reservation requests

  • Name corrections, including title or gender changes.
  • Add, remove or edit Special Service Requests (SSRs) to an existing booking such as: WCHR, WCHS, CHLD, and INFT.

    • Not all SSRs can be supported via live chat. Our teams will advise if your request cannot be supported via live chat and if you need to contact us by phone.

  • Hotel room requests such as bed configuration, location, adjoining requests or accessibility requests. Requests will be noted to guest’s reservation but cannot guaranteed.

    • For hotel requests that involve a change in package price, please continue to call our WestJet Vacations Support Team.
