New WestJet Vacations Live Agent Chat
As a valued partner, we are excited to inform you that we have added the ability for agents to live chat with our WestJet Vacations Contact Centre. Live chat can be used to request updates to existing bookings.
Please note live chat can not be used for changes, updates or additions that require payments or refunds.
Live chat is available seven days a week from 6 a.m. – 8 p.m. MT.
New reservation inquires are not available through our online chat. For new reservations and other changes or inquiries that are not supported through live chat, please continue to contact the WestJet Vacations Support Team at 1-877-664-3205 or schedule a call back by selecting WestJet Vacations call back.
Please find below the types of changes you can request through our new live chat:
WestJet Rewards/WestJet dollars
- Apply WestJet dollars to an existing booking that has a remaining balance owing.
- Add, remove or edit a WestJet Rewards ID to an existing booking.
- Add, remove or edit an email to an existing booking.
- Add, remove or edit a phone number to an existing booking.
- Request e-docs
- Did you know you can self-serve download travel documents online? Click here to learn more.
- Request invoices
- Did you know you can self-serve print your invoices from SIREV without your commission on it? Click here to learn more.
- Name corrections, including title or gender changes.
- Add, remove or edit Special Service Requests (SSRs) to an existing booking such as: WCHR, WCHS, CHLD, and INFT.
- Note: Not all SSRs can be supported via chat. Our teams will advise if your request cannot be supported via live chat and if you need to contact us by phone.
- Hotel room requests such as bed configuration, location, adjoining requests or accessibility requests. Requests will be noted to guest’s reservation but cannot guaranteed.
- Note: For hotel requests that involve a change in package price, please continue to call our WestJet Vacations Support Team.
- Requests to move to a different flight on the same calendar day, as a result of a WestJet-initiated schedule change.
- Note: For schedule changes that result in a change in calendar day, please continue to call our WestJet Vacations Support Team

- Your full name
- The seven digit booking reference
- First and last name on the booking
- Email address on the booking
- Your IATA/TIDS number
