Schedule change and flight disruption policies

If your client’s booking was impacted by a schedule change or flight disruption (IROP), our policies are available on the travel agent resource site to allow you to self-serve.

For bookings impacted within 72 hours of departure, please refer to our flight disruptions (IROP) policy. For bookings impacted outside of 72 hours, please refer to our schedule change policy.
