Effective November 1, 2023, WestJet Vacations started a new partnership with Nexus Tours as our Destination Management Company (DMC) in Mexico and the Caribbean. Your clients will now be assisted by a Nexus Tours representative for their transfers, excursions and destination services. 

How to access transfers and contact destination representatives  

Through the Nexus Experience Hub (Xhub), your clients will be able to access their transfers and get in contact with their destination representative digitally.  

Your clients are required to check-in to register themselves with the Experience Hub. This will allow them to: 

  • Access their airport transfer information with Nexus 
  • Confirm their transfers 
  • Upgrade transfers (if available) 
  • Contact their in-destination representative 

A link will be provided in your client’s eDocs that will prompt them to enter their WestJet Vacations booking number. Please note, this link will be available within 48 hours before departure. Your clients will need to register online.
