Starting October 24, 2019, WestJet has improved its Ticketing Time Limit (TTL) on all routes. This change was made in response to feedback from our valued travel trade partners and means that WestJet will be more competitive when it comes to TTLs. The new TTLs will allow our partners to hold fares without a fee, deposit or payment for an extended period.
WestJet’s improved TTLs vary by route, class of service, the date of reservation creation and the date of departure. Here is a high-level summary of what’s changing:
