Milestone awards update for Platinum members
Since the launch of Platinum six months ago, Platinum members have enjoyed the highest WestJet dollar earn rates, along with improved priority services and flight benefits. WestJet is delighted to share a new initiative for Platinum members, taking effect today.
Introducing choice for milestone awards, starting at $10,000
Effective June 11, 2019, Platinum WestJet Rewards members can choose their milestone award earned at $10,000 in qualifying spend or higher. They can choose to keep the WestJet-wide companion voucher automatically awarded or exchange it for either:
- Four guest lounge vouchers for colleagues and/or companions to join the member in the lounge; or
- Six guest seat selection vouchers so others travelling with the member can enjoy complimentary advance seat selection too.
