We are fully staffed and our TST team is working hard to take care of you as quickly as possible. Unless your client’s flight is departing within the next 72 hours, please hold off on contacting us so we can prioritize and assist guests with immediate travel plans.
Please do not encourage your clients to go to the airport to cancel or change a future flight. Doing so may have a negative impact on our airport operations and could result in delays for guests who are departing on their scheduled flights.
GDS users
- Add waiver code COVID2020 in the endorsement field.
- There is no need to call to change/cancel or receive a unique waiver code.
WestJet Agent bookings
- Please do not call unless your clients flights are departing within 72 hours.
- Where possible, please cancel or change your clients’ flights directly in WestJet Agent.
WestJet Vacations bookings
- Please do not call unless your clients flights are departing within 72 hours.
WestJet Groups or WestJet Vacation Groups bookings
- Please do not call unless your clients flights are departing within 72 hours.
