To better support our trade partners during the ever-changing COVID-19 situation, we are updating the hours of operation for our Travel Support Team (TST). This change will ensure we have more TST agents available to assist our partners during higher call times.
Effective April 21, the hours of operation for the TST will change to Monday to Friday, 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. MT.
If you require immediate support over the weekend, please call the TST and select the option to connect with a Contact Centre agent.
It’s important to note that our menu options have recently changed. Please listen carefully to ensure you are being transferred to the correct agent.
Our new menu options are as follows:
- Press 1: WestJet Vacations packages
- Press 2: General inquires – WestJet Agent assistance or GDS seat selection
- Press 3: Waiver codes, travel agent rates or WestJet Biz
- Press 4: Code-share or interline support
