Based on valuable feedback we received from our partners on our existing commission settlement process, we are implementing IATA Global Net Remit 5 (GNR5) services to make it easier to manage your commission calculations. GNR5 will allow us to administer at-source base commissions and help reduce commission-related agency debit memos (ADMs) with no additional work from our partners.
We are pleased to let you know that there is no action required from you to prepare for this new system. There will be no change to your current commission calculation process or BSP settlement statements, and your BSP payment schedules will continue to follow your BSP country billing period and cycle. However, we do encourage you to continue to review your statements to ensure the accuracy of commission settlements.
This new tool will be implemented in Q2. We will provide further details at a later date.
