WestJet has multiple fare bundle options available to provide your clients with the ability to customize their experience to what is most important to them.
- Branded fares and unbundled options; from Basic to BusinessFlex provide choice and allow to pick and choose the ancillaries that matter.
- Optional services mean guests only pay for what they want, rather than the fee being bundled in with the ticket price.
- By raising fees for optional services, such as change/cancel, we can continue to maintain the lower fares our guests expect, while providing additional benefits to guests who choose to purchase an EconoFlex or PremiumFlex fare.
To provide those benefits to your clients purchasing the EconoFlex or PremiumFlex fare bundle, effective October 17, 2019, WestJet will be increasing the change and cancel fee for Econo and Premium fares on flights departing outside 60 days for travel between Canada and all destinations excluding Europe.
There will be no changes to the fees for flights departing within 60 days.
