Schedule changes – Waiver code SUMSKED2020
On Tuesday October 15, 2019, WestJet will be releasing the first phase of its Summer 2020 flight schedule.
Some of your clients may have their upcoming travel impacted by a schedule change. Some changes can be managed in the GDS and for some you may have to contact WestJet’s Travel Support Team (TST) for assistance with revising your clients’ bookings.
To better assist you with supporting your clients’ revised travel plans, we have issued a waiver code SUMSKED2020 for use on bookings made through the GDS.
WestJet Air
GDS bookings:
There is no need to call to receive a waiver code for your client. Simply add the waiver code SUMSKED2020 in the endorsement field and process the exchange or refund in your GDS.
