Offer is subject to change without notice. In the event your client’s ticket is not actioned before the current ticket validity expiry, the funds will be forfeit.
WestJet Agent and WestJet BIZ process
If you have an open status ticket with an original flight date between February – September 2020, and you booked through WestJet Agent or WestJet BIZ, a WestJet sales team member will be in contact to discuss ticket validity/expiry extension options.
At this time, we ask that you do not call the Contact Centre for open status tickets for the above dates, as our agents are not able to assist.
If you have not been contacted by a WestJet sales team member by April 30, 2022, please contact agencysalessupport@westjet.com and include the ticket number(s) or reservation locator, guest name, IATA number and agency phone number.
IMPORTANT: In the event your client’s ticket is not received by WestJet before the current ticket validity expiry, the funds will be forfeit. If you have ticket(s) that are about to expire and you have not heard from a WestJet sales team member, please contact us immediately at agencysalessupport@westjet.com.
High-level change policy for tickets that were extended
